Admin UX - Change Log
As a Trip Organizer, I want to be able to generate a change log of all changes made on any traveler registration So that I have evidence of the change and why it was made if the question is ever raised. The traveler can receive a timestamped notification of the change to confirm the accuracy and their acceptance of the change.
Admin UX - Trip Planner Insights Report
As a Trip Organizer, I want to be able to generate insights reports for quick reference and management decision making. So that I don't have to manually assess large collections of data to make informed decisions reports update automatically as registrations come in reports update as fields get updated I can add or remove queries as needed to customize my reports. Admin UX - Adobe Sign (or similar) Integration
As a Trip Organizer, I want to be able to have travelers sign the document (PDF) prepared by my attorney in the appropriate legal format. So that registrants can e-sign the formatting allows for clear and concise content and agreement specifications with minimal interpretation errors
Admin UX - Conditional Questions
As a Trip Organizer, I want to add additional questions to the registration form if a specific response is received to a question (For e.g. MUA Add On, required questions pop up around preferred time slot, 2nd choice time slot and comments about allergies etc) So that registrants aren't faced with a series of required questions that have nothing to do with their selection.
Travel Insurance Integration
Offer trip insurance through the SquadTrip trip builder. The traveler would purchase insurance directly through their traveler portal. Trip Organizers would earn commissions on the bookings.
Interest pages and lead list
Publish trip pages without packages / booking links. Instead, travelers can indicate that they're interested in the trip. Once the trip is published, the leads would automatically receive an email to book the trip!
Personalized itineraries
Automatically create personalized itineraries for each traveler based on their booking and registration questions. The itinerary would pull in exact dates, times, links to the transportations and flight information based on the booking and registration questions the traveler answers.
Split financial responsibility
Travelers could book a trip without having to pay for everyone in their group at one time. If a traveler is traveling and rooming with a friend, they should be able to pay for themselves and reserve the room. Their friend / roommate should be able to book the same room. This way each person is paying for themselves.
Ability to delete traveler registrations
I don't want to see registrations of people who aren't paid. I want to be able to delete them from the system.
Waitlist access for sold out trips
I want travelers to be able to add their email to a waitlist and be automatically notified if there's a cancellation and a spot opens in the trip
Option to made add-ons required
I want to make some add-ons required based on the packages the travelers pick.

Add times and dates to activities for the trip itinerary
My travelers are professionals and super organized. They want to know exactly the date and time for events. Sometimes my events run into the next day - 7:00pm - 5:00am event. It needs to be easy to show in the itinerary.
Charge late payments
If travelers are late, they should be charged a late payment fee that is automatically applied to their account balance
Update the waiver format so it's easy to read and compliant
The waiver format isn't easy to read which means travelers can get the waiver and terms overturned with the help of a lawyer. Update the format so that it's easier to read.
