Admin UX - Change Log

As a Trip Organizer,

I want to be able to generate a change log of all changes made on any traveler registration

So that

• I have evidence of the change and why it was made if the question is ever raised.

• The traveler can receive a timestamped notification of the change to confirm the accuracy and their acceptance of the change.
