For double occupancy packages, I want to ensure that people can only book the package if they have 2 travelers in the reservation and are paying for 2 travelers. I make them find their own roommate first and then they can book.

Travelers complain about the transaction fees. I want to increase the price of the trip and just pay the fee myself based on the difference so the traveler doesn't feel like they're paying the fee.

Publish trip pages without packages / booking links. Instead, travelers can indicate that they're interested in the trip. Once the trip is published, the leads would automatically receive an email to book the trip!

I want to be able to set custom payment plans based on specific dates I set. This way, I can design payment plans that charge multiple times a month and then skips a month due to the holidays. This gives me the most flexibility to help my travelers with payments.

We ask different questions based on the trip location and itinerary. It would be nice if we could customize the questions between each trip.

Allow the registration questions to differ between each trip

Travelers could book a trip without having to pay for everyone in their group at one time. If a traveler is traveling and rooming with a friend, they should be able to pay for themselves and reserve the room. Their friend / roommate should be able to book the same room. This way each person is paying for themselves.

Offer trip insurance through the SquadTrip trip builder. The traveler would purchase insurance directly through their traveler portal. Trip Organizers would earn commissions on the bookings.

The waiver format isn't easy to read which means travelers can get the waiver and terms overturned with the help of a lawyer. Update the format so that it's easier to read.

Automatically create personalized itineraries for each traveler based on their booking and registration questions. The itinerary would pull in exact dates, times, links to the transportations and flight information based on the booking and registration questions the traveler answers.

Whenever I edit a day, it changes the sort order and I have to re-arrange everything again. It would be nice if it kept it's sort order.

Just a suggestion, we have a few clients that have asked about the convenience fee on their payment receipts. It may be helpful to change the language from convenience fee to processing fee as it shows at check out. A few clients were not sure if this was an additional 4% on top of the processing fee and also were just unclear what convenience fee means whereas processing fee is pretty clear.
