Ability for traveler to fill out 2nd guest questionaire during checkout

A few of our travelers have been booking for 2 travelers at once with the recent updated feature. We're coming across an issue where the second traveler isn't able to fill out the trip questions that we ask at checkout and we are also unable to get their contact information as it only allows the information for the main traveler to be filled out.
